WHITE SULPHUR SPRINGS, W.Va. - Danny Lee bested David Hearn on the second playoff hole to win the sixth annual Greenbrier Classic on Sunday at the Old White TPC.
Hearn and Lee were among four players who finished the four-round, 72-hole tournament at 13-under, forcing a sudden-death playoff. The other two playoff participants - Kevin Kisner and Robert Streb - were eliminated after the first playoff hole (No. 18), where Hearn and Lee sank birdie putts.
The playoff then moved to No. 17, where Lee made a par after Hearn's bogey to secure his first-ever PGA Tour win.
