The Greenbrier owner Jim Justice has secured two more country music acts to round out this year's Greenbrier Classic Concert Series.
Keith Urban and The Band Perry will kick off this year's concert series with a pair of performances beginning at 8 p.m. July 1, the resort announced Thursday.
Additionally, the resort announced two-time Masters champion Bubba Watson, 2012 FedExCup champion Brandt Snedeker and 2012 U.S. Open champion Webb Simpson have all committed to play in this year's PGA tournament.
"This year will unquestionably be the best Greenbrier Classic in our tournament's history," Justice said in a press release.
This is the sixth year for the annual golf tournament and its concert series. Justice launched the tournament in 2010 at The Old White TPC course at the White Sulphur Springs resort.
Urban is a four-time Grammy winner who has had 17 No. 1 songs and five consecutive platinum or multi-platinum albums. Since 2012 he has appeared as a judge on the FOX network's singing competition "American Idol."
The Band Perry in February won the Grammy award for Best Country Duo/Group Performance. Their 2010 debut album featured five hit singles, including "If I Die Young." The band has also won three Country Music Association awards, three Academy of Country Music awards and three Country Music Television awards.
Urban and The Band Perry are the third and fourth musical acts announced for this year's concert series.
Last week, the resort announced country music husband and wife pair Blake Shelton and Miranda Lambert will perform separate concerts on July 3.
Admission to both the July 1 and July 3 concerts is included with the purchase of a weekly grounds badge to the Greenbrier Classic golf tournament. Badge prices start at $129.
The resort said in the press release that badges for this year's event were "selling at a record pace."
